Boat Float n’ Folk Festival is Saturday, June 13, 2026!!
Join hundreds of paddlers at this annual paddling event as we fill the Old Erie Canal with colorful kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards!
The calm, flat waters of the canal make for a pleasant paddling experience for all levels. Sites along the way include scenic widewater areas, wildlife, sunken canal boats, and historic aqueducts.
Choose from 4 launch locations depending on your preferred distance.
After party! All paddlers end at the Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum at 12:30 pm for the Boat Float Folk Festival with music and food trucks! Drone photo taken at 12:30.
Registration: $10 per person + $8 (optional) for shuttle service. Admission to the Festival is included for paddlers.
